State Autism Insurance Mandates
Missouri law (RSMo § 376.1224) requires health benefit plans to cover the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorder, including ABA therapy, for individuals under age 21.
Utah Code § 31A-22-642 mandates coverage for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder, including ABA therapy, for children under age 21 on most health insurance plans.
